P1 Registration will be fully online.

Documents Required
After the submission of the online Registration form, please send a follow up email to the school at chijsng_pri@moe.edu.sg and attach the following relevant documents:
i. Birth certificate of the child;
ii. Parents’ NRICs (the back of both parents’ NRIC);
iii. Birth certificate and document proof of the older child (for phase 1) or document proof of the parent/graduated sibling (for phase 2A) or baptism certificate from a Catholic church (for phase 2B)
iv. Child’s immunisation records.

The school may contact you for other clarifications or additional documents required.
